What is more annoying?
People zzzing when you take time to act or people taking a long time to act?
Probably both!
I often play while doing something else like washing-up or cleanin gthe floor.
So I have to wait until I hear the sound of the prompt before I go an act.
Often somone has zzzzed me.
I always tell them to 'shut it' and often get more abuse back.
It does annoy me when someone else is delaying when I am giving it my full attention.
But the fact is that if it is a multi table tourny then it is in your andantage to slow play.
If in doubt of that then just look ate the players remaining while letting the time run down.
Depending on the size of the field you will see a number go out while you are delaying.

Sit outs in big blind

Can anyone explain this to me?
When playing in a tournament and a sit out is in the big blind, how do you play it?
Personally, if I am early to act I will raise with any thing.
In later position with a few flat callers I'll just call as well.
But after the flop the obvious move is to raise if it has not been raised already.
I do not understand the number of people who fold in this situation.
OK, so they didn't make the flop, but nor did I probably!
Just don't see the reason for flat calling then folding with a minimum raise post flop.
Anyone have any ideas on this?

Kem Cards

Must tell you about these if you don't know them already.
Kem playing cards are a must for home games.
They are quite expensive but are made of plastic and will last for ever.
They feel a lot different form normal card cards, and I know if you get some you will not want to go back to the usual ones.

Colluseum Poker

Went to play on Collusseum the other day but was told that they now do not allow players from UK!
That's a new one.
Still they gave me my funds back so guess I can't complain.
I have fond memories of the site though.
I remember when I first registerd.
I played in the lunchtime $200 freeroll and came 3rd!
$23 prize so it felt good for the first day on the site.
I tought I may be on to a goos thing but then realised that it was part of the Prima network and I had probably played the same players many times before.
Still I did manage to get those winnings and the introductory $5 up to over a hundred and with the withdrawal was able to take the family out for a meal.

freeroll phew!!

The freeroll has just finished.
I finished third!!
I was so worried in the early stages!
'It's my freeroll and I'll cry if I want to!'.
Actually I was thinking:
'It's my freeroll 'Give me a hand dealer!!'
But I did manage to last through to the last three.
Let's hope that we gwt a good response for the next one.
I am away now for 2 weeks but I hope to get another one up just after then.
